I've paid for my AIR subscription but why haven't I still received my AIR subscription no.? Print

The subscription is activated almost immediately and you should receive an email with your login credentials and AIR rider number within 30 minutes of payment. Sometimes UPI transactions get resolved late in the payment gateway which may take up to 24h to be resolved by the system so please be patient. It may take longer in case of registration of an Under Age Rider (UAR). If it’s more than 2 days since you paid for your subscription fees then please write to helpdesk@audaxindia.in & provide your email id, complete name, and mobile # along with payment confirmation email. Subscription admin will be able to help.

In case of an incomplete payment for any reason, CLICK HERE and fill out your email ID & DOB. The system will recognize the incomplete subscription and prompt to complete the subscription application process.
