Please read the entire error message carefully and edit your subscription profile to remove any special characters in your mobile no. & city. Use only 10 digit mobile number in the field for your contact number and do not enter PIN code / ZIP code in the city field. Enter only a numerical PIN code in the field for postal code for your mailing address. Read FAQ on how to change your address and other profile details.
