Audax India processes medal orders in batches which may be once or twice per week depending on the order load. Once the medal order is shipped out, riders receive a notification mail with tracking link for the shipment. Additionally if the phone number provided at the time of the order is a WhatsApp number then the rider should also receive notifications via WhatsApp regarding the delivery schedule.
